WCRA Wahoo Dive Team
Hello All Divers and Dive Team Families!
We have had to make a few alterations with practice times due to the number of participants in various age groups. Also included are the dates, addresses and times of the meets we will be participating in, training dates and additional dive team events.

| On Mondays, we are limited by the pool use for swim meets - we are aiming to add a 4:00 - 5:00 pm practice to allow divers who can only make evening practices an option. We will follow up once we have confirmation of this practice time.

DIVE TEAM MEETS
A meets will start at 6:00 pm. The home team gets to practice on the board from 4:00 - 5:00 pm. The visiting team practices on their board from 5:00 - 6:00 pm at which time the meet begins. Divers who are selected to dive at the meets will be informed by the Coaches prior to the meets.

MEET VOLUNTEERS
We will need 6 volunteers to run each meet, and 2 additional Snack Bar Volunteers when it is a home meet. Each meet will require:
- 2/3 Table Workers
- 2 or 3 Judges
- 1 Announcer (Home meets ONLY)
- 2 Snack Bar (Home Meets ONLY)
We will post sign up sheets for each meet on the dive team bulletin board (once it is hung up) at the pool. Please attend relevant trainings and be sure to check the board for volunteer needs when you are at the pool.
OTHER DATES
The WC Swim Team has invited us to attend their social functions and include divers and dive team families as a part of the many fun filled activities that are planned for this summer. Please note the following dates:
Wednesday, June 4 - Ice Cream Social - after each practice time
Friday June 20 6:00 pm - Pasta Dinner and team picture
Saturday, July 12 - 12:00 noon - Team Picnic
Pep Rallys: 6:45 pm on 6/27, 7/4, 7/11, 7/18
Saturday, July 26 at 4:30 pm - Year End Banquet
PLEASE NOTE: Tuesday, June 10 during practices, Sport Fair, who sells the team suits, will be at the pool and suits will be available for purchase.
